Food Orders

Due to the perishable nature of food items, We Deliver Mussoorie does not accept returns on food orders.

Refunds for food orders will only be issued if there is an error on our part, such as incorrect or missing items.

 Please report any issues within 1 hour of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

If you receive a food item that is spoiled or damaged, contact us immediately with a photo as evidence.

 Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

E-commerce Orders

For non-food items, returns are accepted within 12 hrs of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition they were received.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that any shipping fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

In case of cash-on-delivery orders, we will issue store credit or a bank transfer (as per the customer’s choice).
